Thinking of buying a new home or selling your existing home can cause a lot of anxiety. This past summer we were in the position of needing to sell 2 homes and purchase one. This was quite scary with the market uncertain and fears that we may end up with two mortgages. Luckily, Sandra had bought 18 years earlier and loved her agent so we gave her a call. Our 1st meeting did much to set my mind at ease. Melody was honest, to the point and very kind. I felt like I had known her for years. She walked us through things step by step and went to bat for us with buyers and sellers. We came out of a nerve wracking situation with satisfaction, happiness and a good friend. Looking from a new home, let alone your first home, can be stressful. However, Melody and her team made it stress free. They have your best interest at heart and will make sure you get the right home that fits your budget. I don't know what I would had done if Melody and her team wasn't with me and my fiance as we search from our first home.
